What is Salford City Radio? Well, it’s much, much more than a radio station. We are the only radio station in the world that is just for Salford, and the great people of our city. But, we are also different from every other station that you can hear in the city because we are a not-for-profit community radio station. This means that we do not exist to simply attract more listeners than anybody else. We exist to offer our city an exclusively local radio service that promotes local events and focuses on local news and sport. We are also famous for our fantastic taste in music.
